Pre-enabling and reinstatements

Property Enabling / Re-Instating for Energy Efficient Measures.

Any home having EEMs carried out will require Pre-Enabling to allow the measure to be installed.

SE Energy are leading industry expert in this field.

A good example of this is Pipes and drainage extruding through the property wall such as Kitchen waste pipes.

The need extending before External Wall insulation can be added.

Once completed SE Energy will then “Re-Instate” the pipework securing it correctly.

Internal wall insulation will need fixings & fixtures such as Radiators and Electrical Sockets removed prior to stud work and insulation being applied.

We offer the service via competent and experienced operatives.
